The Beatles vs The Rolling Stones
~~~~~
The British invasion brought us the two most popular rock groups of all time. . . both bring unique qualities to the table. I see The Beatles as the more clean cut, cute group; whereas The Rolling Stones more rebellious and dangerous. But what do you think?
I have to agree with Kendall, not a fan of the Beatles. I actually had someone tell me I was “unamerican” for not liking the Beatles. I’m as patriotic as they come. 🙂 I liked the Stones in high school, now not so much. Milli Vanilli…you crack me up. 🙂
Since I can’t pick Zepplin I guess I’ll have to go with the Stones. 🙂
I have never been a fan of either bands…I listen to their stuff but not a huge fan….I know how bad is that….
You should have a warning label on this. I scanned down and saw the vote first. I nearly spit my coffee when I saw ‘Neither, I prefer Milli Vanilli. LOL
This was a hard choice for me. My mom adored The Beatles and I grew up listening to them more than any other band. The Rolling Stones are more raw, but equally good. I went with The Beatles though because okay…I have nearly all of their albums on cd *ducks* and none of The Rolling Stones, LOL
Nearly ALL of the Beatles albums? Wow. That’s impressive. I think Kendall did just throw something at you. LOL!
I’m probably going to be burned at the stake for saying this, but I DESPISE the Beatles. When I say that, I mean I despise them with burning passion. There’s not one song of theirs I like. The Rolling Stones have a few good tunes – “Sympathy for the Devil” comes to mind. Wonder why I like that one so much? 😉
LOL, Kendall. And don’t worry, I won’t get out my matches for you not liking the Beatles. They aren’t my fave, either, but I do like a few of their songs. 🙂
