How you think directly affects what you do (or don’t do for that matter.)
If you tell yourself you can’t do something, it’s hard to find the courage to try it.
Or if you tell yourself you’re no good or weak, it’s hard to find the confidence to work toward a goal.
Take running a 50k trail race for example. Most everyone immediately thinks, “I could never do that.”
Heck so did I at one point.
But as soon as I changed my thoughts to, “I think I want to try this…” I found a way to make it happen.
Sure, it wasn’t easy by any means, but it truely did start with my thoughts!!
So…..what do you need to say “I can” to?
