The hardest part is sticking with things, isn’t it?
I know it can be for me, but when I’m wanting to give up, one thing helps me through: I slow down by taking it a day at a time
Sometimes a few hours at a time.
It’s amazing how things can pass when I break it down like that. I find myself done writing a book. Or find myself at the the start line of the event I’d been training for.
Stick with whatever you’re working on, the end results might take you by surprise.
