#QuoteOfTheDay

Most people think it’s bad to look back. Maybe because there’s a chance you could get stuck on what has happened. Especially if it was bad.

But looking back can actually help you if you view it with perspective. For example. At the top of a monster hill or Peak, I like to look back down the trail is just hiked.

Yeah sure, I’m usually resting (or gasping for air is more like it.) But to see what I just conquered, that’s big time fuel for me.

Same with life problems and struggles. Once I’m through the pain, I like to look back and pick out what my lessons were. It makes me stronger because I made it through the obstacle.

Hang in there through whatever mountain you’re tackling. You’ll be stronger and wiser.
