Holy cow. I’m a little bit surprised, actually.
I remember when I started out three years ago, I thought, “Holy Hades, I don’t get this blogging stuff.”But I quickly fell in love with it.
I really enjoy hanging out with you guys, talking music, movies, writing…all kinds of stuff!
You’ve walked along side me during some of the ups and down along my journey to publication.
And now….can you believe my debut novel has already been delivered to some people?
Yep.
Amazon put it up (paperback only so far) up a bit early (which is totally okay with me) and those who jumped on ordering it have already gotten their copies!! It’ll be up on Kindle and Nook closer to the release date.
I’m SUPER excited for my release party over at Bitten By Books on September 6th. It’s an ALL DAY EVENT with super prizes (including a KINDLE!!)
And if you’re in the Phoenix, AZ area Saturday September 17th, come to my book party with your book and I’ll sign it!! Details HERE.

Can you believe it’s been THIRTY years since MTV came onto the music scene? Anyone know the FIRST video they played?

This past weekend they were celebrating thirty years of the station and I suddenly remembered a time when MTV actuallyplayedmusic…remember that?

So, my soon-to-be eleven-year-old nephew was with us for a few days this past weekend. You can imagine the amount of junk food consumed during those four days.While none included Twinkies and Ho Hos, the fun times eating junk food with my nephew brought me back to when I used to eat Ho Hos and Twinkies.
Man they were good. Okay, they still are good…But which is better?

Sunrise…
You probably know by now I love pictures of sunrises. You really know it if you follow me on Facebook, because I often post them since I get up and work-out so early (kinda have to in the desert…it’s HOT here…LOL)

Wow. Talk about beautiful. There’s just something about a sunrise that makes me smile. Maybe it’s because I’m lucky enough to start out another day….

Dark Angels…
If you’ve been following the blog for any length of time, you might know by now, I love angel pictures (almost as much as sunrise pictures–LOL).
So, I found this one.

It’s a sweet picture, isn’t it? Love the white bird and the lightning…Just beautiful.
