Into The Woods…

So, who’s seen INTO THE WOODS? When it first came out, I wasn’t exactly excited to see it. And had I known it was a musical…for SURE I wouldn’t have seen it. But a few friends mentioned they wanted to see it, so I figured I’d risk it to hang out with some friends. The company was WAY better than the movie, put it that way. Overall, I think I didn’t like it because I don’t like musicals. So that was a big part of it. The acting was fine, singing fine, special effects fine…. But I didn’t like the[…]

Captain America

Over New Years, I watched the first Captain America again. I just loved the second one, but needed a refresher. Boy, did I forget how AWESOME Captain America was. Mostly what stuck out to me is the romance with him and Agent Carter (and yes, I’m stoked to watch that show on TV–she kicks BUTT!) Okay, I have to say, THOMAS rocked this character. The whole concept was really awesome. I haven’t read the book or anything, and I hear that the[…]

Gone Girl

The blurb from IMBD: With his wife’s disappearance having become the focus of an intense media circus, a man sees the spotlight turned on him when it’s suspected that he may not be innocent. ~~My Take~~ **whew** Where to start… First…did you guys like it? What’d you like about it? Okay, so, I might get nailed here, but that’s okay. Movies, like books, are very subjective. Heck, I absolutely loved Dracula Untold and it’s got some seriously low ratings over at IMDB. But, differing opinions is what makes the world go ’round, isn’t it? So…here goes:  I didn’t like Gone Girl. **ducks,[…]
