I did a thing!
If you’ve followed me for any length of time, you know I like to trail run, do epic adventures, and just plain have fun while doing it. Well, once I spiraled down into the menopause rabbit hole, I was struggling. Low energy, decreased power, moodiness, weight gain… I could go on, but you get the drift.
I’ve learned a lot during that whole process and found out there isn’t a ton of coaching support for athletes in menopause, so I’m out to change that.
