Chocolate gravy? Really? I’m not so sure on that one. Even back when I used to eat, I don’t think I would have ventured a try on that one.
But, hey, thanks, Mia. You did great!!! It’s not easy, is it?
You’ll have to go check out that book. I’m digging Mia for sure. It just released on July 15th. Hey, I like the cover, Mia. Very nice.
Here’s the back cover blurb:
A missing boy, government agents, an interdimensional portal…
Mia has one goal for her senior year at Whispering Woods High-find her
missing older brother. But when her science project reveals a portal
into another dimension, she learns that travelers are moving in and
out of her woods in the most alarming way and government agents
Regulus and Arizona are policing their immigration. Mia’s drawn to the
mysterious, aloof Regulus, but it’s no time for a crush. She needs to
find out what they know about her brother, while the agents fight to
save the world from viral contamination. But when Regulus reveals that
he knows Mia’s secrets, she begins to wonder if there’s more going on
than she thought…and if she was wrong to trust him…
You can find the book here: Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Etopia Press, or All Romance Ebooks.
If you go out and get it, be sure to come back and let me know what you think, k?

Brinda Berry has always loved reading about the
adventures of others. She also believes there’s a little romance in
every story ever told. Brinda lives in Arkansas with her family and a
couple of terribly spoiled cairn terriers.

GUESS WHAT? Brinda’s offering a little prize for the first five people to leave a comment today. Not to mention a chance to win a copy of the e-book and a chance at a grand prize of $25.00!!

Hi Brinda
*Saying hi and waving at you*
I too love chosolate, but haven’t tried chocolate gravy yet.
DANIELA
sorry, choColate…
Brinda
Hi Daniela,
I knew that chosolate must be pretty good stuff, too. lol. If the main ingredients are sugar and cocoa, it has to be good! One time, I ordered chocolate gravy in a restaurant in Port Aransas, TX. It was right before stepping on my first deep sea fishing boat. NOT A GOOD IDEA.

Hi Brinda
good to know, hehe
is chocolate gravy similiar to having a chocolate fondue?
Ciara Knight
I’m not sure about the chocolate gravy thing, either. Hi, Brinda. I’m so excited for you. I’m going to pick up your book in a few. Good luck!
Brinda
Ciara- Thanks for stopping in! I wish I could still eat chocolate gravy without feeling decadent. Oh, to be 17 again. 😉 You should try it.

Loved the interview!! Sounds like a good book!!
Brinda
Thanks, Traci. Mia can sometimes have a smart mouth, so I wasn’t sure what she would say. But how much harm can you do in four words?
Na
Hi Brinda!
I wonder where Mia got her love for chocolate gravy? I just googled it and there are recipes that I might try. I learned something new about food today =) I’m also rooting for Mia to find her brother and of course get to the mystery at hand. It sounds as intriguing as Regulus.
Mia
Na- thanks for dropping in on the party. My dad makes the best chocolate gravy ever. I wouldn’t know about any recipes since I nuke most of my meals. – Mia
Brinda
Thanks, Rebecca. It’s an exciting time, and I’m so lucky to have the support of writer friends.

I’d try chocolate gravy. Why not. Anything with ‘chocolate’ in the title is worth a try. 🙂 Happy Weekending!

It’s pure heaven on a biscuit. 🙂

Hiya Kendall! You should really try chocolate gravy. It’s yumolicous. Like to have crispy edges on my biscuits and dip pieces into the gravy. mmmm – Mia
