Let the music play #TheRunningWriter

I haven’t met many people who don’t like music. But I haven’t met anyone who loves music as much as my sweet hubby. He’s always whistling, playing music, watching TV shows about musicians.

I like it, too. I listen to it while I’m writing. While I’m running.

I love the lyrics, though. They can truly inspire me to get on out there and hammer a run, to write all the words, or to just relax and trust that life-things happening will work out.

I’m finding more and more that it’s super important to find what lifts you up and encourages you, and surround yourself with it.

So I’m going to turn the tunes up, today, and let the music play! What’s one thing that lifts you up? Encourages you?
