*Yikes* Torment? Suffer?
Those are scary words. Powerful and controlling words of you think about it.
They might hold you back, too, from experiencing life.
And if we’re spending so much time on our worries, it really does master us, doesn’t it? Sucking our time and energy so that we can’t enjoy the day or even relax.
