Phrases like these are destructive, harmful to your mental health. They literally steal your joy.

After time goes by, living this script, you just expect that you’ll fail or that you really are a loser.

What you think becomes your reality. But you can change it. You can rewrite your life script.

Start by changing negative thoughts into positive ones. Heck, if you have to write them down on post-it notes and stick them all around you, do it.

Or set an alarm on your phone for every couple hours that has a positive thought on it.

Do anything you can to start rewriting the negative script you have floating through your mind. You’re worth it.
