I’m fairly new to this group, Linkin Park. But as I was looking for songs for my Violet Midnight playlist, this one seemed to fit right in.

Resident Evil
Have you been following the Resident Evil movies?
I saw the first two…I think. I’ve always kept them in my sights, just never sat down and watched them.
But check this out:
Now, Milla can KICK BUTT! And she’s been in all of the movies, right? Or am I on glue? I think that’s awesome she’s gone on this long playing ALICE!
I think it’ll be time for some R&R after Ragbrai, and these movies might be on the schedule!

I love all the shadows and that you can’t actually see the person. Leaves a lot to the imagination, doesn’t it? Gets the mind churning on story ideas, that’s for sure!

One Week ‘Til #Ragbrai….
One week until we leave for Ragbrai. The ride officially starts Sunday July 22nd, but we’re heading on Saturday the 21st. Hopefully our bikes arrive in Iowa safe and sound. **crosses fingers**

Things are coming so fast and yet sometimes I still think:”Ragbrai? Really? Me camping?”I’m not so scared of biking 60-70 miles per day…it’s the camping part. *Yikes*
Any camping tips you have to share? Ever done a long bike ride before? Ragbrai?

Friday the 13th
So, are you the superstitious type? Since it’s the 13th today *AND* a Friday, are you steering clear of black cats?
Walking beneath ladders?
Avoiding mirrors? Especially broken ones?
Or are you more of the mindset that you’re going to have a scary movie marathon?I’m neither.
Yes, I’ve mentioned I’m fairly lame and this is just another instance. I’m a wimp when it comes to scary movies (and books for that matter), so I’ll steer clear of those unless I can have all the lights on and my hubby around.
And superstitions…yeah, not so much into those, either.
How ’bout you? Any fun traditions for Friday the 13th? Do tell!!
